The JPM team are fast and efficient in discovering the cause of your problem and maintenance work is carried out for many reasons other than faults. It may be that you have an antiquated distribution board or old wiring that needs replacing or updating. Since the advent of Part P in January 2005, certificates for electrical work have become compulsory and these must be issued by a competent and certified electrician. Landlords are also required to have an electrical inspection in the same way as the CORGI annual gas safety check.
